Terms of Service

By creating a Mitosis workspace you agree to these terms. Mitosis provides an autonomous-agent platform that executes tasks on your behalf using credentials and instructions you supply.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, API keys, and any actions taken by your agents. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Mitosis to send spam, defraud, harass, infringe intellectual property, generate CSAM, or operate critical-safety systems without redundant human oversight. We may suspend workspaces that violate these rules.

3. Autonomous actions

Agents act on instructions you authorize. You are accountable for their outputs, including emails, social posts, transactions, and tool calls. Configure approval requirements appropriate to your risk tolerance.

4. Billing

Usage-based fees accrue per token, per run, and per third-party API call. We bill in arrears. You may export data and cancel at any time from settings.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
